The Kanis e-commerce partner program is a way for anyone to earn recurring income referring customers to use Kanis. If you refer a customer to buy products from our platform then you'll earn 5% commission for the sale commission and for that referral, Kanis also pays up to $50/sale.

Question 1 :- How to become affiliate partner ?

Answer 1 :- To become an affiliate partner you need to register with us. For registration you can go to the website @ https://www.kanis.rw and there is a tab at the bottom of the page in the right side "Become an affiliate parter (as shown below in the image). you can click on it then registration form will open, fill the required details like your name, Email address, phone number, full address of office or home and your Goal why you want to join us.

Question 2 :- How to login into your account ?

Ikibazo cya kabiri: Uburyo winjira muri konti yawe ?

Answer 2 :- If you are registered user then you can go to our website kanis.rw then click on login button (upper side right side corner) then fill your email id and password to login into your account. If you are registered user then check Question no. 1 how to register.

Igisubizo: Niba wariyandikishije, ushobora kujya kuri website kanis.rw hanyuma ugakanda kuri “log in” (iherereye hejuru mu nguni y’iburyo) hanyuma ukuzuzamo email yawe n’umubare w’ ibanga kugira ngo winjire muri konti yawe. Niba utari umufatanyabikrwa, reba ikibazo cya mbere kugira ngo wiyandikishe nawe ube umufatanyabikorwa.

Question 3 :- How Affiliate marketing will work ?

Answer 3 :- After your registration, your details will be approved by our management, after approval you find a tab in the on your dashboard as shown below. you can click on affiliate system.

Igisubizo: Iyo wamaze kwiyandikisha, imyirondoro yawe yemezwa n’itsinda ribishinzwe, nyuma yo kwemezwa ubona ahantu ku rupapuro rwawe nkuko bigaragara hasi. Ushobora gukanda kuri “Affiliate system.”

Once you click on affiliate system you can see below screen with the details related to affiliate marketing. as shown below

Iyo wakanze kuri “affiliate system”, ushobora kubona ibi bintu hamwe nandi makuru yose ajyanye n’isoko ry’ubufatanyabikorwa nkuko bigaragara hasi.

Features of Affiliate system

1) Affiliate balance :- This amount shows how much you earn from our Share and Earn program. 

2) Configure your payout :- click on configure payout and provide your bank details or mobile money details to receive your earning or payment.

3) Affiliate Withdraw request :- here you can request to withdraw your earning by clicking on it.

4) Link to share :- This is the link you can share and earn the money you want. just Copy the URL and share it in your circle or social media so that people can use your link to purchase or register. once they register and purchase from our platform your earning will start which is 5% of the amount you sale.

 5) Affiliate payment and withdraw request History :- here you can check how much money you withdraw into your bank or mobile money from our system.

Ibigize sisiteme y’abafatanyabikorwa

1) Amafaranga y’umufatanyabikorwa “Affiliate Balance”:- Aha usangamo amafaranga winjiza binyuze muri program yacu yo kunguka.

2)Erekana uburyo bwo kwishyurwa “Configure your payouts”:- Kanda hano kuri “configure payout” hanyuma utange imyirondoro yawe ya Bank na telephone ngendanwa kugira ngo ujye ubona uburyo wishyurwa cyangwa se uhabwa inyungu yawe.

3) Gusaba kubikuza amafaranga y’umufatanyabikorwa “Affiliate Withdraw request” :- Aha uhakanda mu gihe ushaka kubikuza amafaranga yawe.

4) Link yo gusangiza abandi:- Iyi niyo link ushobora gusangiza abandi ukabona amfaranga ushaka. Kopiya gusa iyi link hanyuma uyisangize inshuti zawe ku mbuga nkoranyambaga kugira ngo abandi nabo bayikoreshe bagura cyangwa se biyandikisha. Mu gihe batangaiye kugura cyangwa se kwiyandikisha banyuze u rubuga rwacu utangira kwinjiza amafaranga uhereye kuri 5% by’ayo wacuruje.

 5) Amakuru y’umufatanyabikorwa ajyanye no kubikuza cyangwa se kwishyurwa “Affiliate payment and withdraw request History” :-kuri konti yawe cyangwa se kuri Mobile Money binyuze muri system yacu.

Question 4 :- How to change your User, Password or other details ?

Ikibazo cya kane: Uburyo wahindura amazina yawe ukoresha, ubare w’ibanga cyangwa se ani makuru ?

Answer 4 :- login to your account there is tab on your dashboard manage profile where you can change and edit your details.

Igisubizo: Injira muri konti yawe hari ahantu handitse ngo “manage profile” aho ushobora guhindurira imyirondoro yawe.

Question 5 :- How to reset my password if i forget it ?

Ikibazo cya Gatanu: Uburyo nakonngera kubona umubare w’ibanga nari nawibagiwe ?

Answer 5 :- click on login tab on the upper side right corner on the our website then below screen will open. there is a tab forget password, click on it and provide required details to get the link to reset password on your registered email.

Igisubizo: Kanda aho kwinjirira hejuru iburyo bwawe ku mpera hanyuma hazaza ishusho isa nkiyi yo hasi. Hari ahantu handitse ngo “forget password”, hanyuma uhakande utange imyirondoro isabwa kugira ngo ubone link yagufasha guhindura password kuri email wiyandikishijeho.

Question 6 :- How i get my payment of commission ?

Ikibazo Cya gatandatu: Ni gute nshobora kubona ubwishyu bwanjye bwa Komisiyo ?

Answer 6 :- you can ad your bank details or mobile money details to receive payment. click on the tab on your dashboard affiliate system. on the window you will see tab configure payout. click on configure payment and provide your details in the required filled as shown below.

Igisubizo: Ushobora kwerekana imyirondoro yawe ya bank cyangwa se iya telephone yawe kugira ngo ubone ubwishyu. Kanda kuri system hanyuma urabona ahnaditswe ngo “configure payout.” Uhakande hanyuma utange imyirondoro yawe ahabugenewe nkuko bigaragara mu ishusho hasi.

Question 7 :- How to raise ticket , if having any problem ?

Ikibazo cya karindwi: Ni gute nshbora kumenyesha igihe ngize ikibazo ?

 Answer 7 :- click on support ticket to raise your problems to us we will try to resolve it with in 24 hours. 

Igisubizo: Kanda kuri “support ticket” kugira ngo utange ikibazo cyawe; tuzagerageza tugikemure bitarenze amasaha 24.

Question 8 :- How to promote products and earn money from the sales of products ? 

Answer 8 :- Login as affiliate user ( if not registered then registered check question 1) then search the products which you want to promote, open the product and then you will find link to promote for the product. once people buy using your link then you will get 5% commission of the sales amount.

Ikibazo cya 8 :- Ni gute ushobora kumenyekanisha ibicuruzwa byawe ukabona amafaranga aturutse mubyo wagurishije? 

 Igisubizo :Injiramo nkumufatanyabikowa (Niba utariyandikisha, reba uburyo bwo kwiyandikisha ku kibazo cya mbere) hanyuma ushake igicuruzwa ushaka kumenyekanisha ufungure muri icyo gicuruzwa hanyuma uzabona link yo kumenyekanisha icyo gicuruzwa. Mu gihe abantu baguze bakoresheje iyo link ushobora kubona 5% byayo wacuruje.
