Refund and Exchange Policy
At
KANIS RETAIL we value our customers and strive to provide the best in
experience and service.
This
Refund and Exchange Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for KANIS RETAIL
website and will not accept any refund and exchange purchased through other authorized
retailers or distributors.
KANIS
RETAIL will be happy to an accept exchange request if the product / item you
received is damaged or defective. The product / item received can be exchanged
within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.
- All products to be exchanged must
be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales
receipt within 3 days of purchase (Product should be in its original
condition).
- Exchange of the products damaged
due to wear & tear will be entertained on management discretion.
Please note that the management has the right to assess the condition of
the returned goods prior to offering an exchange.
- Upon request, and at our
discretion, we may exchange defective / faulty items for identical items
of equivalent value, in such case, KANIS RETAIL will bear the cost of
reverse logistics.
- In case of exchange of the Product,
if the returned device is found with any physical tampering or damage, KANIS
RETAIL will not make any exchange / refund. In addition to this there
will be an upfront recovery of cost for reverse logistics (Being incurred
by KANIS RETAIL) as well as applicable shipping charges in order to
return the Product in its as-is condition to the customer.
- The Company reserves the right to
amend the policy without prior notice.
- The Company policy does not
permit us to issue refunds.
Cancellation
Please
check your order carefully before placing your order. Once the product / item
has been confirmed, shipped or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the
order. KANIS RETAIL reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or
cancel any order after confirmation in case of fraudulent / suspicious
transactions.
